SHIPPING & RETURNS

(1) ORDER CHANGES

  • We’re unable to modify orders after they’ve been placed.

(2) SHIPPING

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

  • If you haven’t received tracking within five business days, please contact us

  • For domestic (U.S.) orders, delivery usually takes 4-5 business days after the package has shipped.

(3) SHIPPING METHODS

  • Domestic orders are shipped through USPS or UPS and typically arrive within 4-5 business days after your package has been shipped

  • International orders ship via UPS or DHL and usually arrive 10-12 business days after your package has shipped

(4) PRE-ORDER

  • Occasionally, we release items or full collections, or pre-orders.

  • Shipping and delivery times for pre-order items may vary due to the demand of orders

  • At the time of purchase, an estimated delivery date for each pre-order item will be provided

  • Please note that these estimates are not guarantees and may change during production

  • If there is a delay of more than seven business days from the original estimate, we will notify you via email

(5) LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

  • If your package is lost or stolen and has been scanned as “delivered” by the shipper, please email us with your order number


(6) RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • All sales are final. If you would like to exchange for store credit, contact us.

  • Store credit and/or exchanges must occur within 14 days from the date of purchase

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition to be eligible for an exchange

(7) EXCHANGES

  • Items will only be replaced if they are defective or damaged. No Sizing exchange

(8) RETURN/EXCHANGE SHIPPING

  • You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with any exchanges with in 7 day period.

  • Initial shipping costs are non-refundable
