SHIPPING & RETURNS
(1) ORDER CHANGES
We’re unable to modify orders after they’ve been placed.
(2) SHIPPING
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
If you haven’t received tracking within five business days, please contact us
For domestic (U.S.) orders, delivery usually takes 4-5 business days after the package has shipped.
(3) SHIPPING METHODS
Domestic orders are shipped through USPS or UPS and typically arrive within 4-5 business days after your package has been shipped
International orders ship via UPS or DHL and usually arrive 10-12 business days after your package has shipped
(4) PRE-ORDER
Occasionally, we release items or full collections, or pre-orders.
Shipping and delivery times for pre-order items may vary due to the demand of orders
At the time of purchase, an estimated delivery date for each pre-order item will be provided
Please note that these estimates are not guarantees and may change during production
If there is a delay of more than seven business days from the original estimate, we will notify you via email
(5) LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your package is lost or stolen and has been scanned as “delivered” by the shipper, please email us with your order number
(6) RETURNS & REFUNDS
All sales are final. If you would like to exchange for store credit, contact us.
Store credit and/or exchanges must occur within 14 days from the date of purchase
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition to be eligible for an exchange
(7) EXCHANGES
Items will only be replaced if they are defective or damaged. No Sizing exchange
(8) RETURN/EXCHANGE SHIPPING
You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with any exchanges with in 7 day period.
